From 1985 to 2009, the Musée des Augustins expanded and refined its painting and sculpture collections by more than one hundred and sixty works. This exhibit, together with the accompanying catalogue, provides a detailed look over time at one of the museum’s most important missions: the enrichment of the institution’s collections by generations of curators, donors, patrons, and friends of the museum.
