A story of toulouse around the year 1500
The Musée des Augustins owns an exceptional set of sculptures from a single Toulousain church: The Récollets. After their spectacular restoration, in-depth study of these works has brought their origins back to life: both the workshops where they were sculpted and a family history worthy of a novel, that of the Beccarie de Pavie family, Lords of Fourquevaux.
